What draws many in is watermelon is an excellent low-calorie food to add to your diet. It is almost 92% water, which is great for hydrating you on those hot summer days. Next, you want the watermelon to
feel heavy for its size. How I test, this is pick up a handful of melons
and compare which feel heavier and have that yellow spot on the bottom.
I have found both of these seem to help me find the perfect melon.
